Business Development Specialist:
A key role in our organization, responsible for planning and executing marketing and commercial actions to generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, and experience in sales, consultative selling, and communication/marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies to drive lead generation.
  2. Lead Management: Manage leads through the closing process and ensure timely proposal submission.
  3. Negotiation: Negotiate with leads to highlight our value proposition and close deals.
  4. Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs and events.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships post-sale.
Mandatory Requirements:
  1. Education: Technical or Higher degree in Communication or Marketing.
  2. Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, familiarity with tools like CRM, Monday, Zoom, and RD Station Marketing.
  3. Experience: Sales, consultative selling, and communication/marketing experience.
