Job Description:

The Academic Support Specialist will work with students in rural pre-school to 12th grade settings, providing individualized instruction and support to help them achieve academic growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule, as the specialist will need to rotate between classrooms daily, assisting teachers and students from 1-2 hours at a time. Each specialist will be responsible for supporting up to 15 students per day, and will also have opportunities to assist with after-school tutoring, community events, and other extracurricular activities.

The Academic Support Specialist will be an integral part of the school's team, working closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to provide comprehensive support services to students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
