Taxation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a Taxation Specialist to join our team. As a Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tax obligations reporting and filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Indirect/Direct Tax Obligations: Prepare and submit tax obligations reporting and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve all tax filing (SPEDs, ECD, ECF, etc) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with Outsourcing Company: Liaise with the Accounting/Tax outsourcing company to facilitate tax-related matters.
  • Tax Sourcing Transactions and Reports: Review and validate all tax sourcing transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Risk Management: Manage, monitor, and mitigate direct and indirect tax risks.
  • Invoice Registration and Billing: Set up invoices registered in ERP and support the billing process.
  • Tax Information Support: Provide tax information support to business and pricing teams.
  • Tax Registrations and Certifications: Control of all tax registrations and certifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 10 years of experience in Taxes.
  • Fluent in English is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP Implementation.
  • Oracle is an added advantage.
