Job Overview:

SAP SD Functional Experts play a pivotal role in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless systems integration and process optimization for tax landscape changes.

This position requires an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Consultant with a strong background in SD OTC invoicing to configure, test, and validate new tax rate structures while ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax regulations.

The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external service providers to implement robust processes for handling test rates, transitional configurations, and future-ready solutions for new tax rates.

  • Configure and Support: SAP SD OTC invoicing processes for Brazilian tax compliance.
  • Tax Simplification Readiness: Implement and validate "test tax rates" for regulatory changes.
  • Invoice Outsourcing & Validation: Collaborate with outsourcing teams to validate outsourced invoices against SAP-generated billing and Brazilian legal/tax standards.
  • Stakeholder & Business Support: Work closely with Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams, providing knowledge transfer, documentation, and training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • SAP SD / OTC Functional Expertise: 7+ years' experience in SAP OTC with emphasis on invoicing, billing, and taxation.
  • Brazilian Tax Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations, nota fiscal, and electronic invoicing processes.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated success in large-scale SAP transformation or tax compliance projects in Brazil.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with configuring pricing procedures, tax codes, and billing document flows in SAP SD.
  • Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, compliance, outsourcing partners).
