Job Overview

As a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our EDP platform. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes, reduce costs, and ensure infrastructure resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor progress and document processes.
  • Cost Optimization: Collaborate with vendors to drive AWS/Databricks cost savings and implement efficient resource utilization strategies.
  • Infrastructure Management: Support monitoring, capacity planning, and automation initiatives to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Resiliency and Disaster Recovery: Assist in developing strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity in case of disruptions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R programming languages, and familiarization with AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with big data and cloud cost tools.
  • IaC, CI/CD, resiliency, and AWS certifications.
