This is a key role that requires expertise in one or more implementation areas of our product throughout the stages of our projects. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Payment Stream & T24 Core, with a proven track record in T24 delivery. They will focus especially on more complex issues and provide guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues.

As a technical expert, you will work closely with clients or partners to lead the implementation of a specific product as part of the overall project delivery. You will handle day-to-day challenges and take ownership of issue resolution. A detailed level of knowledge of at least one particular product area is essential, along with awareness of industry and market trends/behaviors.

• You will focus on resolving complex functional problems without supervision or direction. Provide guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues in case of complex functional issues during the implementation and client relationships development.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills with all contacts.
• Successfully implement respective product specialism.
• Take a lead role in ensuring the contribution of others adds value.
• Coordinate with maintenance groups to ensure product problems identified are understood and resolved.
• Analyze client business requirements and relate them to our product capability.
• Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g., workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
• Define and validate customization needs for our products as per agreed business definitions.
• Write specifications, if needed, for local development and ensure Technical Consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.
• Prepare and perform the configuration of our products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core system.
• Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
• Review client organization, processes, and workflows and propose a 'post-picture' to maximize the benefit from our products.
• Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager and alert him on practices that might damage the client's business or contradict legal requirements, before recognition as a problem by the client.

Professional experience: Minimum five years in Finance or banking software consultancy.

Language skills: Must be fluent in English – verbal and written. Additional language skills would be beneficial.

Technical knowledge: Good understanding of financial and banking processes around Core & Payment Stream.

Product knowledge: Temenos portfolio with expert knowledge in AA. Strong awareness of industry and market developments, good overall company knowledge.

Fully understand and be able to deploy the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology.
