Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of processes and programs aligned with our People Operations strategy at scale.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for responding to team member inquiries through workflows and requests spanning benefits, payroll, onboarding, etc.

The role involves supporting complex day-to-day operations for the Deel team member lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and maintaining accurate HRIS data for promotions, transfers, and terminations.


Beyond Day-To-Day Operations:
  • Generate HR reports from HRIS and support analytics efforts.
  • Program HRIS workflows to improve team member experiences and self-service options.
  • Handle team member support for employment verifications, access requests, and claims.

Additionally, this role will oversee background checks, ensure timely processing of offer documents, coordinate onboarding in HRIS, and create contracts, amendments, and agreements for new hires and internal transfers.
