The Business Process Expert is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes within the Source to Pay end-to-end process on a global level. This professional works closely with various areas of the company to identify improvement opportunities, ensure operational excellence, and promote innovation, cost reduction, quality, sustainability and risk management improvements.

**Your Key Responsabilities**:

- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new processes or improvements to existing processes, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption and implementation of new processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and measure the performance of business processes using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
- Provide ongoing training and support to company teams to ensure understanding and adherence to new processes.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies that may benefit the company's business processes

**You bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Fluency in English is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes (strategic and operational) in a business to business context.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain, or process management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
