Job Title: Senior Expert Project Management, ISOL, LAM.City: São Paulo, SPWork Model: HybridClevel: C40 / job band HAs a Senior Expert in Project Management for ISOL (Ingredients Solutions), LAM, you will play a key role in leading the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful delivery of strategic and high-priority projects across the region. These projects typically involve high to medium technical complexity and have significant business impact.You will be responsible not only for driving individual project success but also for overseeing and supporting the entire ISOL project pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.This role requires close collaboration with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are achieved in accordance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and quality standards, while effectively delivering the expected business value.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.
