**Position Overview**:
The Project Delivery Lead will drive the effective implementation and execution of compliance initiatives across our international operations. This role combines regulatory project delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with legal and operational requirements in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the delivery of compliance projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines
are met
- Collaborate with teams to align business strategies with regulatory
requirements.
- Implement project plans, identify risks, and establish mitigation measures
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to address
jurisdictional requirements.
- Drive efficiencies in key compliance processes, including due diligence and
vendor onboarding.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline
workflows and enhance delivery timelines.
- Evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and oversee
implementation
- Act as the point of contact between compliance, product, and operations
teams.
- Engage with external partners, regulators, and auditors as necessary.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to senior leadership.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Develop reports to track project delivery, risks, and outcomes
- Provide oversight of compliance KPIs and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Monitor the impact of process improvements and automation on
operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven project management, process and delivery experience
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance would be a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and quality
- Proactive, organized, and delivery-focused
- Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
