We are currently seeking a **Senior/Account Management Executive** to join one of our **clients**' teams in Malta. Looking for a great opportunity to grow your career? This might be perfect for you**Key Responsibilities**:**Lead Generation & Pipeline Development**- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels**Client Relationship Management**- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients- Conduct initial client meetings and presentations- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation**Collaboration & Coordination**- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers to develop technical proposals- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on pipeline status and market insights**Business Development**- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances- Contribute to pricing strategies and proposal development- Support contract negotiations and closing processes**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field- Experience in account management, business development, or sales- Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline building- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities- Self-motivated with ability to work independently- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)**Technical Flair (preferred)**- Basic understanding of technical products/services- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Experience working with technical teams (Engineers, Product Managers)- Background in technology, engineering, or technical sales is advantageous**What We Offer**- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives- Opportunity to work directly with CEO and senior leadership- Professional development and growth opportunities- International work environment in Malta- Collaborative team culture with technical experts- Chance to make significant impact on company growth
