Hematology Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Hematology Medical Science Liaison. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with physicians and other customers to discuss our treatments and shape behaviors while identifying and bringing medical insights into the organization.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals, conveying the value of our products, and shaping medical practices.
- Build relationships: Establish strong connections with community and academic HCPs to exchange scientific knowledge and change medical behavior.
- Convey product value: Effectively communicate the benefits of our treatments to stakeholders, including efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, and quality of life.
- Shape medical practice: Prepare the healthcare environment and medical community for new products, accelerating adoption through engagement and pre-approval access programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Scientific background: A medical degree or pharmaceutical, health, or biological science-based university degree.
- Technical English: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Availability: Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
- Safe Fleet requirements: Valid type B driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience, preferably in highway zones.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, analytical reasoning, and insight analytics awareness. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of scientific research and collaboration skills.
