  • Prioritize cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Review final engineering designs for manufacturability and implement design for manufacturing (DFM) best practices.
  • Lead the transfer of designs into scalable, efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure programs launch on time, cost-effectively, and according to initial assumptions.
  • Present cost models, quote status, and rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support quoting activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Consolidate and communicate key inputs to inform operational and business decision-making.
  • Evaluate development activities against quality system standards.
