Senior HSSE Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for engaging and influencing other leaders and teams in the company's vision and values.

This is a critical role within our HSSEQ department, reporting directly to the Director of HSSEQ. Your primary goal will be to deliver strategic objectives of HSSE for the region:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to lead the HSSE team by example, with the ultimate aim of achieving an incident-free environment.
  • Integrate and support HSSE performance of projects executed in the region.
  • Work actively to minimize the impacts caused by the company on operational activities and be proactive in social responsibility issues.
  • Collaborate with projects and departments to ensure overall efficiency of the company's resources, including vessels, equipment, and personnel.
  • Deliver value to our clients through predictable and reliable HSSE performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Postgraduate in HSE Management desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge in accident analysis and investigation.
  • Knowledge in risk management.
  • Knowledge in non-conformity treatment and deviation.
  • Desirable knowledge in ISO 14001 and 45001.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
