The Role: Credit Risk AnalystKey Responsibilities:
  • Determine the creditworthiness and risk profile of a business by analyzing their financial data and deciding whether or not to extend them credit.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence.
  • Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk, especially that involve a borrower's ability to repay.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, credit analysis, finance.
  • Qualifications in business management, finance, accounting, or economics are required.
  • Advanced English and Intermediary Spanish Proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data, ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision are also essential.

An individual of high integrity with the self-confidence to see many sides of a problem and resolve issues with empathy and intelligence, plus the ability to remain calm and rigid under pressure from sales management.
