Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering design reviews and analysis assignments involving complex projects.
- Oversee Engineering staff assigned to day-to-day activities, assign projects and monitor progress while ensuring high-quality service and customer relations.
- Develop new approaches to problems encountered and recommend changes in methods, procedures, or design where necessary.
- Monitor technical quality, content, consistency, continuity, and timeliness of action on all assigned projects.
- Apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of technical responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in structural, civil engineering, or naval architecture.
- No less than eight years of experience in a relevant technical discipline and/or industry.
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis software packages (FEMAP/Nastran) and expertise in structural analysis in the offshore/marine industry.
