Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software solutions in collaboration with a skilled team. This includes creating detailed technical documentation to contribute to the product's knowledge base, participating in regular meetings with team members and customers, contributing to product roadmap discussions, and assisting with quality assurance processes through code reviews, automated tests and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance software applications with the development team
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Engage in collaborative meetings to drive project progress
  • Contribute to strategic discussions regarding the product roadmap
  • Support quality assurance efforts through rigorous testing and review processes

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development principles, including expertise in languages such as Java and Python, as well as a solid grasp of back-end development concepts. Additionally, they should be familiar with databases, HTTP protocol, JSON and Web APIs, Linux operating systems, automated testing methodologies, compilers, physics and math, and functional programming paradigms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in software development languages (Java, Python)
  • Strong background in back-end development
  • Familiarity with database management systems, HTTP protocol, JSON, Web APIs, Linux operating systems
  • Experience with automated testing, compilers, physics, math, and functional programming
  • Version control system proficiency (git)
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent self-taught experience
