  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop detailed design drawings for pipeline systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software, adhering to project specifications and requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and company standards while drafting pipeline designs.

  • Perform quality checks on design drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

  • Assist in the review and modification of existing designs to optimize the performance, efficiency, and safety of pipeline systems.

  • Train and mentor junior drafters, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of pipeline design principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Navisworks. A minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline drafting is required, along with a high school diploma or higher in a relevant field. Familiarity with industry-specific codes and standards like ASME B31.3 and API 570 is also essential.
