Project Executive

The role of Project Executive is to oversee and enhance the performance of Sales and Marketing operations. You will bring structure, clarity, and consistent execution to these high-impact teams.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills. Your mission is to contribute to revenue growth by optimising processes, driving accountability, and ensuring every lead and campaign is managed with precision.

  • Oversee and improve Sales team efficiency
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot data systems
  • Implement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when ahead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales:
    • Oversee and improve Sales team efficiency
    • Manage and optimise HubSpot data systems
    • Implement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when ahead
  • Marketing:
    • Bring strong management and process discipline to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
    • Implement and monitor all processes in ClickUp, ensuring documentation and compliance
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills
  • Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing projects (or cross-department operations)
  • Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot experience a plus)
