Senior Drilling Operations Manager

As a Field Specialist III, you will be responsible for overseeing drilling fluids operations and supervising teams to optimize parameter settings and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain compliance with Baker Hughes' HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values during business activities.
- Provide technical support on-site by analyzing fluid properties and recommending optimal product usage under minimal supervision.
- Monitor and control fluid properties at rig sites through regular testing and analysis.
- Manage inventory levels at customer well sites to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver environmentally friendly drilling fluids that maximize customer production while minimizing environmental impact.
- Industry experience and product line training are essential.
- A Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Chemistry is required, along with an active CRQ.
- Excellent functional and technical skills, as well as excellent customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency is necessary.
- Relevant work experience in a laboratory environment related to drilling and completion fluids preparation and testing is highly desirable.
