The Role- Identify, recommend, execute, and oversee regional (potentially global) profit improvement initiatives, including management of change.
- Optimize product lines and/or grade slates, prioritizing new product needs, decommissions, sustainability initiatives, and SKU cost-to-serve.
- Communicate asset competitiveness targets and performance; drive and present progress against targets.
- Coordinate and participate in business team meetings, ensuring product compliance and performance through cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales).
You will work closely with colleagues across Americas, sometimes globally, to drive business profitability. Your strong sense of urgency and results orientation, combined with your ability to collaborate with global teams and manage competing priorities, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
About You- A university degree in a technical field is preferred; business administration or similar is acceptable with relevant work experience.
- Prior work experience; previous product management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook with working knowledge of intermediate Excel features (e.g., pivot tables) is required.
