Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute regional (potentially global) profit-improve initiatives, including management of change.
  • Optimize product lines and/or grade slates, prioritizing new product needs, decommissions, sustainability initiatives, SKU cost-to-serve.
  • Clearly communicate asset competitiveness targets and performance, driving progress against targets.
  • Coordinate and participate in business team meetings, ensuring product compliance and performance through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead execution of Product Management processes, including master data reviews, grade development, and change management.
  • Support product innovation and commercialization, ensuring strict adherence to defined processes and milestones.
  • Understand high-consequence financial risks to assets and ensure optimized risk-mitigation strategies.
About You

Analytical professional skilled in using data and critical thinking to generate insights. Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

  • University degree in a technical field preferred; business administration or similar acceptable with relevant work experience.
  • Prior work experience, previous product management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook, with working knowledge of intermediate Excel features required.
  • Fluent English is a must, including communication clarity.
