**Job Summary**

Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern Service Procurement Specialist to support our regional purchaser and team lead on various activities. As an Intern Service Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for tenders, including technical and commercial documentation. You will also prepare commercial discussions with new suppliers, including non-disclosure agreements and supplier pre-assessment evaluations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare documentation for tenders, including technical and commercial documentation
  • Prepare commercial discussions with new suppliers, including non-disclosure agreements and supplier pre-assessment evaluations
  • Launch and follow up on request for quotations with suppliers
  • Perform price analysis evaluations
  • Manage SAP deliverables, including purchasing information records and price updates
  • Support contract closing, including preparation and signature
  • Follow up on departmental KPIs, including on-time delivery, cost, and other metrics
  • Manage supplier and master data, including vendor creation and updates

**Requirements**

  • Ongoing studies in the field of supply chain, business, or engineering
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Spanish language skills are desirable
