About the RoleThe Revenue Specialist is a key member of our revenue management team, responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing and distribution strategies. As a Revenue Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and distribution decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to support business decisions
- 1-2 years' experience in revenue management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
