As a Store Keeper, your primary objective is to contribute meaningfully to the organization. You will be expected to perform your job duties in a manner that showcases your value and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise Goods Received Notes upon receiving goods into the store.
  • Verify invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders when receiving materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records through regular updates using Material Requisitions, Goods Received Notes, and Material Returns in Excel files and CT Inventory Management Software.
  • Update bin cards on a daily basis.
  • Conduct physical stock reconciliations every weekend and at month-end, following a systematic approach.
  • Update movement files in a timely manner.
  • Produce stock reports for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, consumables, spare parts, and stationery.
  • Organize and stack in-house goods in their designated areas.
  • Keep all store-related documents easily accessible.
  • Promote good housekeeping practices within the store area.
  • Purchase local items from suppliers at the end of each month.
