Retail Banking Solutions Expert

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing expert consultancy services to clients in the retail banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail banking solutions and be able to communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide consultative services to clients to understand their technology needs and drivers for change.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote our products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
- Design solutions blueprints and configure screens, inquiries, reports, workflows, code, documents, and maintain scripts for workshops and Proof of Concepts.
- Participate in customer calls and events to promote our products and services.
- Engage in the Pre-Sales phase by introducing technical aspects of our product/services offering and provide product demonstrations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a plus.
- Knowledge of retail banking, specializing in retail deposits and/or retail loans.
- Familiarity with retail banking products lifecycles, transactions & accounting of transactions.
- Ability to look beyond systems and understand client requirements.
- Experience in handling functional consultancy would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the retail banking industry either directly in a bank or via a core banking solution provider.
