The Role
The Customer Engagement Manager oversees end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers. This role involves managing various technical and engagement aspects throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Leads and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of committed scope throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
This position provides expert support in operations and facilitates the service lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales to delivery handovers and customer onboarding to our platform.
- Initiating digital service kick offs for customers.
- Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to our services.
- Supporting de-escalations of critical customer situations.
- Executing feasibility studies/solution reviews as needed.
- Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities.
- Supporting customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within our scope of engagement.
- Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Reviewing service credit cases.
- Supporting commercial change requests.
- Liaising with different stakeholders to ensure customer success.
Key Requirements

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of private cloud solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or similar.
