Main Responsibilities
  • Lead n8n's second Enterprise Features engineering team in building innovative solutions.
  • Directly manage and mentor engineers (initially 3–4, scaling to 6+).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, autonomy, and collaboration.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience of high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical skills in at least one modern programming language (ideally TypeScript/Node.js).
  • Experience in startup or fast-moving environments, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex technical products.
