Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team at AIESEC Mexico.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic materials, including posters, websites, logos, and more. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative design concepts and ideas to communicate messages effectively.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals, and translate them into compelling visual designs.
  3. Create high-quality graphic materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, and website graphics.
  4. Design and implement branding strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
