We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Manager to provide critical financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain accurate cost and pricing benchmarks for products, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Evaluate investment proposals and provide data-driven recommendations for long-term strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to meet their financial needs and optimize performance.
- Analyze pricing strategies and profitability across product lines, customer segments, and geographic regions, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Evaluate the financial implications of commercial initiatives and identify areas to optimize pricing and product mix.
- Develop and implement robust financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Provide expert financial guidance to senior management, conducting in-depth scenario analysis and presenting findings.
- Design and implement performance metrics to track and evaluate financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in financial analysis and business partnering in a pharmaceutical or life-science company.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing structures and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
