We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial team.

Job Description

This role oversees all aspects of financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial systems, processes, and procedures, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including bi-weekly payrolls, garnishments, and benefit changes.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP and ADP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively across departments.
