Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations manager to oversee the daily activities of an auto collision center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of automotive collision repair services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee the management of daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficiency.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline workflow, and drive business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Manage accurate records of services performed, inventory levels, and sales transactions, using data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an operations manager or estimator in a collision center setting.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, management, motivation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving success and excellence.
  • Proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
