Senior Operations Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of annuity distribution, ensuring seamless execution of transactions and building strong relationships with distributors.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to analyze complex problems, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Directly oversee the New Business Support Desk, managing agents, advisors, and distribution partners in handling pending new business inquiries.
- Strategically manage inforce operations, fostering collaboration with clients and advisors to execute transactions based on established protocols.
- Serve as the primary operations liaison for distribution partners, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any operational issues efficiently.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in annuity operations, including new business and inforce management.
- Series 6 and 26 FINRA licensing is required.
- Proven track record of working with/leading operational teams, providing high-quality phone support.
- Extensive experience supporting distributor partners with operational onboarding and ongoing needs.
- Technical expertise in AnnuityNet, Firelight, and Affirm platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Fixed, Indexed, and Variable Annuities.
