Senior Operations Manager

The Production/Co-Pack Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day team or departmental operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversees the handling and disposition of materials, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.
- Ensures all employees complete necessary training (OSHA equipment, compliance) and maintain relevant records for audits.
- Manages key operational requirements within customers' specifications.
- Meets and exceeds customer expectations through strong understanding of their needs.
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints verbally and in writing.
- Develops and communicates goals and deadlines aligning with company plans and vision.
- Completes operations by creating schedules, assigning work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving problems, and maintaining reference manuals.
- Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
- Handles employee complaints and resolves issues.
- Maintains accurate timekeeping and personnel records, inputting payroll data and approving weekly.
- Ensures adherence to legal and company policies, taking disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organizational standards and adhering to regulations.
- Handles accidents, including injury management, witness statements, reporting, and investigation.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and reports noncompliance.
