Job Summary:
">As a seasoned Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch services across the Americas, driving product adaptation and value realization for customers. Working closely with our Service Implementation team in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, you will spearhead public and academic software projects.
">About the Role:
">- Implement innovative software products and services across the Americas
- Contribute to process enhancement, global initiative, and work standardization across the Americas
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer project team
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute comprehensive project work plans and revise as necessary to meet evolving requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope
- Mitigate project risk through proactive planning
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management or library systems
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Background in library workflows/standards
- Program management experience in SAAS implementation in higher education industry
- Experience working with government institutions in Latin America, especially in Brazil
