Job Title

The position of a Project Manager is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and play a vital role in delivering projects that meet business goals. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Direct and manage the entire lifecycle of an ERP project, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within agreed-upon budget and schedule.
  • Facilitate insights and knowledge from subject matter experts to create comprehensive and achievable project plans, schedules, and other communications.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with onshore and offshore resources from various departments to accomplish project goals.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Deliver project objectives on time and within budget, ensuring quality results that meet customer expectations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, escalating when necessary.
  • Recognize and mitigate risks to the project, communicating them to stakeholders and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical path, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings with project stakeholders, providing updates and insights into project status.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP program or project management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC, including one or more functional domains (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and confidence in discussing technology concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, Scrum Master certification a plus.
  • Experience successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects applying a variety of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM.
  • Expertise using common project management and communication management tools, such as MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-facing, and interpersonal effectiveness with exceptional ability to influence cross-functional team stakeholders without formal authority.
