Job Description

As a Capital Projects Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of capital projects. Your primary objectives include ensuring timely delivery, meeting project goals, and managing vendors effectively.

You will assess project issues, identify solutions, and maintain all project records and information. You will also serve as the primary liaison to partner entities and inform relevant leadership and stakeholders of necessary updates in a clear and timely manner.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing administrative work, including budgetary oversight, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You will also manage move-outs and move-ins of occupants and associated materials, resolving and escalating issues to senior leadership as appropriate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects across our portfolio, collaborating with colleagues and project partners to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of related work experience.
  • 12 years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications.
