We are seeking a Project Manager who will lead the implementation of large-scale software globally. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. The successful candidate will have experience working with multiple teams, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the implementation of large-scale software globally
  • Working closely with teams utilizing onshore and offshore resources
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from Finance, HR, IT, Change Management, and other functional teams
  • Managing client expectations and mitigating risks for the benefit of the project
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience working with multiple teams
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Pro Workforce Management is highly desirable
  • Ability to build consensus, juggle multiple tasks and resources on a project
  • Understanding of how these applications work together from a technical and functional point of view
Preferred Skills:
  • PMP Certification
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
