Job Title

A passionate software engineering manager is sought after to spearhead the development of high-performing Go and Python services and secure identity and access management solutions used across all company products.

This role involves defining how users, clients, and community members access open source applications. As a software engineering manager, you will bring significant software development experience, Kubernetes expertise, and a focus on software design, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product management on technical vision
  • Manage the team backlog
  • Review code and mentor team members
  • Design software, write code and tests, conduct code reviews, document, and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading high-performance software engineering teams
  • Proficiency in Go and Python development
  • Experience with container technology and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of security and performance in software/infrastructure
  • Knowledge of IAM technologies and standards (desirable)
