The Pre Sales role is a critical function within our organization, involving prospecting and contacting potential clients to present the company's offerings. This includes making initial contact with leads to verify interest and needs, passing qualified prospects to the sales team, and maintaining updated records and feeding the CRM system.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing strategic actions to attract new clients, assisting the commercial team with internal processes and market research to profile and recover contacts. This requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in CRM systems.
Key qualifications for this position include a high school diploma (with university education in progress or completed being a differential), previous proven experience in Pre Sales, knowledge of CRM, Digital Marketing, and ERP (SAP), proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
