Job Summary:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping-related queries and resolve issues efficiently;
- Provide accurate information on FedEx services and products;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments;
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred;
- Intermediate English language proficiency;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal relationships and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to lift up to 24 kg using appropriate equipment;
