**Delivery Manager Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team. As an IT Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects and/or services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects or services from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Delivery or similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master degree.
  • Able to obtain a VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) from the Dutch government.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good consultancy skills to understand what the customer needs are and able to translate and document this.
  • Eye for details and good documentation skills.
