Our team is looking for an expert in quality score operations to improve the overall delivery experience. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
About the Role- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize quality score calculation models, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
- Analyze key factors influencing rider delivery quality through data analysis.
- Develop and execute diverse rider incentive strategies to improve delivery quality and user satisfaction.
- Ongoing optimization of quality score calculation models based on business development and rider feedback.
- Identifying and analyzing key factors affecting rider delivery quality.
- Collaborating with various departments to integrate quality score system functions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis or operations, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to identify problems from complex data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
