Job Title: Sorting Center Manager
As a Sorting Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the site. Your key responsibilities include leading a team of sub-area managers, coaching and mentoring them to meet performance objectives, and developing leadership talent within the center.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Quality Initiatives
- Oversee overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations.
- Set requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable.
- Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas for improvement plans.
- Share best practices across departments, shifts, and the network.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- The ability to work flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Strong people and shop floor operations background is essential.
- English language proficiency for oral and written communication is necessary.
