This is a high-impact role for a growth-driven UX/UI designer who thrives in experimentation and data analysis. You will own the design of two distinct travel brands, optimizing their user experiences to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Digital Product Designer with a proven track record of success in growth, conversion optimization, or performance marketing contexts.
You will lead A/B tests, iterate on designs, and rapidly translate analytics insights into actionable UX/UI improvements. Your work will directly influence thousands of travelers, creators, and local hosts around the globe.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Expert-level visual design skills, confident using design systems and building high-fidelity prototypes
- Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and basic SQL queries to inform your design decisions
- Strong storytelling and communication skills—able to clearly articulate insights and drive team alignment around data-backed strategies
