We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Analyst to contribute to the growth of our B2B Finance product team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across all aspects of their work, providing analytical support and insights that inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the B2B finance product and business teams on evaluation of B2B loan funnel efficiency, revenue forecast modeling, and more.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner highlighting the importance of your insights.
  • Regularly collaborate with several stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research as well as one-time requests.
  • Support and monitor existing B2B Finance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Assist in planning necessary data structures and data quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data/product analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.).
  • Experience in B2B analysis is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a must.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
