We are seeking a skilled IT professional to play a vital role in building financial systems that support our growth and deliver a positive customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with big data, handle complex business contexts, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and validate tax data flows, ensuring reconciliations for online and offline transactions, and provide end-user support.
- Collaborate with business partners on researching, analyzing questions, and configuring tax software solutions.
- Work with customers and developers on technical operations; participate in research, planning, and design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and support interface errors between systems.
- Contribute to the design and development of technology solutions, bringing data-driven insights to improve business processes.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with tax software is essential.
- Knowledge of Oracle database and middleware technologies preferred.
- Experience with Brazilian tax software and Synchro preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 4 years in software development/support, data analysis, and SQL.
- Experience with reporting systems and business applications like MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS SQL.
