Job Overview:

This role is critical to ensure that in-scope applications / platforms are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management and proven experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.

  • Assist the Global GRC team lead to design, document and implement controls.
  • Execute defined controls within in-scope applications / platforms, and add evidences to the GRC tool.
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

The selected candidate will promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements across the organization and work closely with Internal Audit, Legal, and Business Units to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control Design and Implementation: Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing IT general controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Control Execution and Evidence Management: Execute defined controls within in-scope applications / platforms and maintain accurate records of evidence in the GRC tool.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external auditors, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of audits and compliance initiatives.
