We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our internal Help Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to IT users, troubleshooting computer issues, and performing hardware maintenance tasks. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the Engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and advice to IT users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot computer issues and perform hardware maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to deliver top-notch solutions
- 1+ years of experience in similar positions in a company with an internal Help Desk
- Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, AWS, and Networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective delivery
