The organization seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, manage portfolio-level information delivery, and lead planning for a significant portfolio. This role involves executing on high-level portfolio initiatives, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and establishing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive portfolio initiatives that align with business strategy and investment priorities.
- Lead governance and manage funding across the portfolio lifecycle.
- Monitor key performance indicators, report metrics, and guide continuous improvement across value streams.
- Educate and support stakeholders, lead change management, and resolve delivery impediments.
- Promote Lean-Agile practices, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Agile Release Trains.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years leadership experience in project management or related fields; or 2 years in Portfolio Management and/or Agile Coaching.
- Full proficiency in English.
- SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager Certified.
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner Certified.
- Change Management Certification (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent) preferred.
